Consultants
Your mission
You will develop client accounts among the leading foreign and local corporations in Greater China. You will become their trusted advisor and their strategic partner in hiring their leadership. You will continuously learn the specific features of their industries to understand their needs thoroughly. You will direct and support our research team to find the most qualified leaders in the search territory. You will select the most suitable candidates and recommend them to the clients. You will consistently provide excellent quality of service. You will follow our professional code of ethics at all times. As you become a respected Executive Search consultant in the Greater China region, you will be given the chance to become a partner in the firm.
The position reports to our President who will coach you personally.

What you need to succeed
The ability to deserve and keep people's trust, superior analytical skills, marketing skills, a keen interest in high technologies, endless interest in learning, a passion for excellence, strong business ethics, fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, as well as comfortable English writing skills. We do not set boundaries for age or experience, as talent is what we seek in priority. We require a long term commitment.

Research Specialists
Your mission
You will conduct active market surveys and active research. You will identify and contact the most reputable experts and leaders in various industries. You will understand their professional qualifications and their career goals. You will select the most suitable candidates and recommend them to our consultants. You will consistently provide excellent quality of service. You will follow our professional code of ethics at all times. You will develop professional contacts with a large number of senior executives and key business leaders in the fastest growing industries in the Greater China region.
The position reports to our senior manager in charge of research who will be your coach and to our consultants for research work.

What you need to succeed
Superior communication skills, a keen interest in business matters and the economy, strong abilities to organize and prioritize your work, smart thinking and analysis, high interest in continuous learning, as well as strong business ethics. At least two years of working experience. Intermediate level of English or better. We require at least a two to three year commitment.
