How we search
 
Our research work is done by direct approach. For each mission, we conduct an extensive survey of the market in order to identify the rare individuals who have the specific combination of expertise and personality that our client requires. We contact systematically a large number of sources in the industries that we want to survey. They inform us of the latest trends in their industry and they provide us with updated benchmarking data.

For every position, we contact a large number of market sources. In addition, every candidate goes through several interviews before being recommended to a client. We constantly analyze and cross-check the data that we collect to uncover current market trends and set benchmarking criterions whereby we can evaluate the best performers against our client's requirements as well as against the average in their respective industry. This work is time-consuming. It requires discipline, vision, patience and perseverance.

Confidentiality and ethics play a key role in our research work. Any information that we gather from clients and candidates is treated as strictly confidential until the concerned parties authorize us to release it, for a purpose that is understood and agreed by them. We want to be fair. We want to deserve the trust of our clients, our market sources and our candidates. Trust and confidence, complemented by professional analysis, are necessary conditions for people and organizations to speak openly about themselves.

We take the time to understand both our clients and our candidates thoroughly. Before they make a commitment, they have time to discover each other. They can envision their future working relationship in every dimension that is meaningful to them. As consultants, we provide both sides with fair analysis and professional advice.

The survey must be done again for every new search assignment, because every client offers and requires a unique combination of features that leads us to explore and discover new human potential every time. Also, new leaders emerge periodically in every industry, as people are promoted, change companies or switch to a new industry from time to time. Someone may not be interested to make a career move at a certain time but reconsider his opportunities for advancement a few months later.

Our fees are fully paid by the companies that are our clients. We do not seek nor accept any form of remuneration or reward from candidates whom we recommend to our clients. Eventually, we are satisfied that their success also becomes our success.
