
Every person at EMS is committed to follow high standards of professional ethics. We adhere to an internationally recognized code of ethics which is outlined below. We actively promote these values in our markets.EMS values
1. Our clients are private or public enterprises, or non-profit organizations looking for managers. We do not accept individuals seeking employment as clients.
2. We start our work after a written contract has been signed with our client. The contract describes the specific function of the position to be hired. Consulting fees are clearly explained in the contract.
3. In the best interest of clients and candidates, we require exclusivity for our assignments. We introduce candidates only after a contract has been signed with the client for a specific position.
4. We only accept missions that we are confident to complete successfully. We are bound by an obligation of due diligence in performing our service for our clients.
5. We treat information gathered from clients and candidates as privileged and strictly confidential. Information provided to us by clients during the course of an assignment will only be used for the sole purpose of completing the mission successfully as outlined in our contract. Information provided to us by individuals is disclosed to our client only after the person has expressed an interest in the position and has accepted to be introduced to our client. All EMS consultants and researchers, and all the employees of our firm in general are bound by this obligation of confidentiality.
6. We endeavor to provide our clients with accurate information on the working experience of candidates whom we recommend. Likewise, we do every effort to give candidates an accurate description of the opportunity and the working environment offered by our client. We encourage open and sincere communication between clients and candidates so that they may achieve a deep mutual understanding before committing themselves to work together.
7. We refuse to consider as candidates:
- Every individual hired through our services while they remain with the same employer,
- Any manager working for a client, for a period of two years following the completion of our last mission for this client.
We must inform our client before the signature of a contract if we foresee that such "off-limits" obligations could impact our research work significantly.8. We respect fair competition. We are committed to always maintain high standards of business ethics and to perform our services at the highest level of quality.
